If the residents are to have any chance of working themselves out of poverty, they first of all need a safe, plentiful and affordable source of drinking water: A safe source of water will enable them to be more productive, reducing the occurrence of diarrhea and other sicknesses from water borne 

diseases and thus preventing days off work and costly medical bills; A plentiful source of water will prevent women and children having to walk for hours every day in search of an alternative source during times of drought or rationing; An affordable source of water will ensure that all residents can acquire the full amount of drinking water they quire on a daily basis, without having to worry about the cost. The treatment of this water for drinking purposes must be given some serious consideration.

2. Bring the safe drinking water directly to every Barangay, Market, Church and School premises through ATM water vending machines 

3. Generate revenue that can be used to help out the community on several ways such as medical support, feeding programs, disaster assistance and the likes. 

4. Provide guaranteed monthly profit, no overhead, no break even, no negative income, no employees, no working, no stolen income, no worries 

5. Provide lifetime business opportunities to our public school teachers, government employees, OFW, retirees, etc. 

6. Provide lifetime pension after the return of investment in less than two years  

7. Provide lifetime free warranty, insurance and maintenance support to ensure 100% operation by our company. 

8. Provide total security protection, monitor the unit in real-time anywhere and anytime with a CCTV camera; see the beneficiaries and see the income on a digital profit counter online. 

 

TARGET PROFIT

 

The expected profit per unit is 15k to 30k+ monthly.
 

For example, for each Tenement building in Balut Tondo, there are about 120 units. Some units has more than one family and they consume approximately 1 blue container of safe drinking water each day for 25 pesos. In one day, one building can consume about 3,000 pesos (120 units x 25 pesos) then in one month 90,000 pesos (3,000 pesos x 30 days). But there are 27 buildings in Balut alone and there are more in other places. Can you imagine how profitable the Safe Drinking Water Industry is?

If we can find people who are willing to Franchise or become Investors, I'm looking at the minimum of 300k pesos monthly profit from 100 units @ 10% to 15% profit share. On the other hand, the investors will earn an average of 800k a month @ 40% percent profit share. We can slowly build our own units and a projection of 600 units in 4 years can be produced. Since we now owned these 600 units, 60% goes to the company. Looking at the minimum profit of 10k a month multiplied by 600 units is 6,000,000 monthly profit. If you do the math, we can calculate the number of units that can be produced based from the monthly profit as follows: for the 2nd year we can produce about 39 units, 3rd year is 120 units, 4th year is 295 units, 5th year is 676 units, 6th year is 1,502 units, 7th year is 3,293 units, 8th year is 7,179 units, 9th year is 15,609 units, 10th year is 33,898 units. 

We are targeting about 30,000 units in 15 years to spread the advocacy nationwide which can give us a profit of 300 million a month or 3.6 billion a year.
