Below are our team composition, their roles and responsibilities: 

 

1. Regional Managers

• Incharge of the operation within his assigned area of responsibility throughout the region

 

2. Engineering Team

• Incharge of manufacturing the Automatic Tubig Machine

• Incharge of regular monthly maintenance, cleaning of spare parts, device optimization and calibration

• Incharge of delivery and installation

 

3. Accounting Team

• Incharge of profit collections and distribution of revenue shares to concessionaires, franchisee's and investors

• Incharge of operations expenses

 

4. Security Team

• Incharge of remote CCTV monitoring of the franchisee's units to ensure total security protection 24 hours 7 days a week

 

5. Legal Team

• Incharge of business permit processing

• Incharge of any legal issues that may arise due to complaints, franchising rules and regulations, contracts and others

• Incharge of acquiring a monthly certificate for water bacteria testing

 

6. Marketing Team

• Incharge of looking for concessionaires, franchisee's, investors and of conducting business presentations to clients
